How we work

Working with us is simple!

Discussion

The first step is to have a virtual meeting to allow you to show and tell. This allows you to describe your process and any pain points. We follow up with an email reiterating what we heard from you and outlining a basic strategy and cost range.

Implementation

If the project is simple and estimated to be under 5 hours work, we can get started right away with an email OK from you.

3. Analysis & Design

For more complicated projects, we may recommend a period of analysis and design, followed by one or more design meetings.

Once we agree on a final design, a contract is drawn up and the work can begin. Our team will give you periodic status reports. After development and initial testing is complete, we will do the initial install and get you started with onsite testing.
