Working with us is simple!
Our proven four‑step process ensures clarity, efficiency, and long‑term success:

Discussion

We begin with a virtual meeting that gives you the opportunity to show and tell. You walk us through your current processes, challenges, and pain points, while we listen and ask clarifying questions.

After the meeting, we follow up with a summary email outlining what we heard, along with an initial strategy and a high‑level cost range—so you have clear next steps and no surprises.

Implementation

For smaller projects estimated at under five hours, we can move quickly.

Once you review the approach and provide approval via email, we begin work immediately—allowing you to see results fast without unnecessary delays or paperwork.

Analysis & Design

For more complex projects, we recommend a dedicated analysis and design phase. This may include one or more design meetings to fully understand your requirements, evaluate options, and define the best solution.

Once the final design is agreed upon, we formalize the scope with a contract and begin development. Throughout the process, you’ll receive regular status updates so you always know where things stand. After development and initial testing are complete, we handle the initial installation and support you through onsite testing to ensure a smooth rollout.
